Please be aware that if your dogs coat is matted and/or contains knots then there may be an additional cost for the time and effort to de-tangle or, if necessary, pre-clip/shave the coat completely. We will always endeavour to save as much of the coat as possible but in some cases, particularly if this will cause distress to the dog, the best option might be to shave it off. We will of course discuss this with you prior to being undertaken.
